First time ever doing a juice cleanse so opted for the 3 day signature. It was a pleasant experience. Can’t say I didn’t feel hungry towards the end of the day but I put that down to being a novice. High quality juices, shots and lovely tasting nut mylk. Will be aiming to do a cleanse monthly… I’m sold on it. Definitely lost weight around my waist, waking up easier in the mornings and not craving my morning coffee as much.

Love the 3 day signature cleanse, I’ve tried a few others and whilst this is pricey you do get a better quality for what you pay for. Good sized and good flavours. If it was more affordable I’d make this part of my routine. Interested to try the juice and soup cleanse for weight loss!

Fresh, delicious, fired up my body and mind, loved that they came in glass not plastic (although there is an option for plastic if you want the convenience of freezing them). Enjoyed the shots, the cleanse juices and the detox soups. Great easy way to do a 5:2. Very speedy delivery. Definitely would recommend.
