I won a set of contacts from this page in a giveaway and I honestly love them. The shipping takes a while but the contacts are beautiful and good quality.

This company has outstanding customer service. I forgot to attach a promo code (which was entirely my mistake) and I messaged them on Instagram about this and they partially refunded my order to match the price no questions asked, something they absolutely did not have to do considering it was my mistake in the first place. Furthermore, their response time was decently fast (within 36 hours) and the representative I spoke to was very understanding and helpful. I was clearly already very satisfied with their service, yet still they offered tips for use of their product, shipment expectations, and more. All of which proved to be accurate information, showing me they are likely a very upstanding company who is passionate about their products. My order arrived within the time frame they gave me, all products accounted for and professionally packaged. The products are all of the expected quality so far. Keep in mind that the majority of products on their site are priced $23-30 USD, which is about mid-range for non-prescription colored contacts. For being at this price point, I am very impressed with the quality and comfort of the products I have received. They look far more natural than I expected at this price point and are very easy to put in and remove. My only critique is the way they fit around my pupil (makes my pupils really stand out), which once again is still better than expected at this price point and I have light eyes naturally so likely that is contributing to this. Even then, after wearing them for a bit I stop noticing this - so not a big deal. It is important to note that I have only owned them for 24 hours now, so I can only speak to initial quality at this point in time. I will post a subsequent review if I notice any changes to quality, however from my experience thus far this seems to be a small business with integrity. They did tell me if there are any unexpected quality issues they would issue a refund or replace the product. I can confirm I did receive my partial refund as promised from the first part of this review with my promo code issue, so I personally trust this company would uphold their quality policy as well. In my experience, I have yet to come across an internet-based company that has such great customer service and has been so forthcoming. I was initially wary about ordering from this company as I had to use "Asia Pay", something that seemed a bit sketchy to me as a U.S. consumer however I have not had a single issue and as I stated even received the refund. Not to fear - there is a PayPal option as well; I was just having issues with my account at the time separate from this order. Overall, I have seen nothing but reasons to trust this company. I will update if there are any issues down the road but so far I stand in full support of Tintiris.

UPDATE 8/5 at 1:10 PM PST: After taking photos with the lenses in, I'm lead to believe some of the initial "pupil drama" was due to them dilating as I stared at my eyes in the mirror. Pictures look entirely realistic/normal.
