"Supportive wedge reading pillow"
Wedge reading pillow is quite supportive and not too big so doesn’t take up too much room. A little expensive for what it is but does the job and better than a bad back! Needed to contact customer services and Ameila was really helpful and dealt with my requests efficiently. The mixed reviews are probably justified but if you need a decent quality reading pillow and aren’t worried about paying a little extra for it, the one I ordered is a good choice.

"Can't be trusted to fulfil advertised product"
If you’re considering ordering from this company, be warned: they can’t be trusted to deliver the items advertised in their product description. I strongly recommend buying elsewhere.
I ordered a Cholesterol Test Pack from Jawsam, which was clearly advertised as including a cholesterol meter, lancing device, test strips, and lancets. When the order arrived, the cholesterol meter and lancing device were missing.
I contacted the company immediately and sent screenshots of the product description at the time I placed my order, showing that the missing items were advertised and included in what I paid for. Despite this, they refused to send the missing items, claiming the pack was only meant to include test strips.
They have since changed the product listing to remove the previously advertised contents, but they are still refusing to send the missing items—and have now stopped responding to my emails entirely, even though I have clear evidence of what was originally shown when I placed my order.
This is not how a business should operate, and I would strongly caution anyone against placing an order with them.

They have confirmed in their reply that I ordered the cholesterol test pack. It's reasonable for me to expect to receive the items listed in the description. The only resolution that would put this right is to send me the products advertised. If this isn't proof that you shouldn't trust this company, I don't know what is.

"Dont touch this company with a barge pole!"
I am extremely disappointed with Jawsam. I sent several emails requesting their return address for a cushion I wanted to return, but I received no response. After getting nowhere, I resorted to finding what I believed to be their company address online (in London) and sent the package via recorded delivery.
Only after I threatened to escalate the issue with my credit card company did Jawsam finally respond—claiming I had sent it to the "wrong" address, which they said was actually their office. Despite this, they refused to process a refund or provide proper assistance.
I politely requested again for them to refund me, but nothing happened. Today, to add insult to injury, my cushion was returned to me!
This has been an infuriating, time-wasting experience. Their customer service is non-existent, and I would strongly advise others to avoid this company. I am beyond seething—absolutely disgraceful behavior!

Hi there, The luxury headboard products that I purchased are not of the standard described or expected. I would like to return them as requested twice by email on 30th December & 2nd, 6th & 9th January. "Poor service & sub-standard product"
This is my 2nd review. After waiting 14 days for deliver my wedge pillow arrived. I did get 1 email from the company in response to my 1st review, but they have ignored a subsequent email sent by me. The Wedge Pillow, which is described as a Luxury item is defective, the velour is worn at the buttons showing white material beneath. From personal experience I do not think this company is reputable and would not recommend them. I am leaving this review so others can avoid making the mistake I made of shopping with them.

"Unable to refund and no respond as all"
This is my second review regarding a refund. Jawsam asked me to send an email after my first review. I have done it, but I have still not received a response. I have already sent seven or eight emails. I am highly disappointed. I would not recommend this shop at all.

"No response to repeated return requests"
Sadly I am also experiencing problems returning an item, I contacted customer services twice after ordering some walking poles as they were taking much longer that stated to arrive, they were clearly delayed and I got no response to either email. They arrived too late for my trip (and I found the same poles for half price on Amazon with guaranteed next day delivery) so now I need to return them and again no response from customer service so I can't return them. Hopefully posting this will elicit a response but I need the refund and at the moment they are not helping me to do that - avoid ordering from this company.
RESPONSE TO REPLY - I have no email from you, if genuine then please send again or better still refund the poles that I have returned to you

Nothing like picture. Cheap
Material. Not sturdy like it should be. It was shipped from China ( had I known I wouldn’t have ordered it). Totally pointless and really really bad quality. HOW DO I EMAIL UOU? I already emailed your website w details but maybe not right email. Can you please let me know what email is? I want to return this sad excuse of a cushion. 57quid for something worth maybe 3 quid. Waiting for your reply

Communication don’t reply to emails or answer their phone waiting for an order that was ordered on the 6th of August it it’s now the 14th according to their website, the item I ordered was in stock

One good turn deserves another
I was sent an email requesting more information which I supplied immediately. I have heard nothing since. This suggests that Jawsam are a sham and their responses imply they are listening to their customers when they in truth aren’t.
Rather sad I would say in this day and age.
