Bought a lovely new safe off of these guys a couple of months ago. To be completely honest Josh & the team were absolutely beyond fault. I had a problem ( my own fault) setting the safe up from factory setting as hadn’t read the instructions properly. I messaged Josh on Boxing Day and he called me back which i didn’t expect. He was really helpful in helping me & got me up & running. I would truly recommend these guys to everyone, there the best in the business. Thanks again josh & very happy new year to you & the team

This is a fairly new company with considerable expertise and in-depth knowledge and it has all the hallmarks of becoming a security company market leader as it has Josh, who is as keen as the company's prices, so it is brilliant!
I dislike online shopping normally but on this web site there is online chat available with a real person as well as e-mail, snail mail, telephone options or a call back and ordering online is a breeze. My delivery arrived next day - exactly as promised.
Josh is exemplary as he is friendly, extremely knowledgeable, immensely helpful with no sales pressure whatsoever, enjoys answering any product questions and is chock full of enthusiasm. He is in charge of the company and I found him to be approachable, genuine, switched-on, well-informed and professional.
Personally, I prefer speaking to someone on the phone before ordering and Josh did not disappoint. With "Alexander Security" there is the personal touch and that made the experience more enjoyable for me. There is an energy, a "can do" attitude and a positivity about this company that sets it apart and makes it unique and truly special.
