"Bad / no customer service. "

First item ordered took a while to arrive but happy with the item.
Ordered again had no correspondence at all, no order number no notification of posting , called 4-5 time to be told R***** wasn’t in , they would pass on my message she never got back to me , after a month had to ask PayPal to intervene thanks to them I received a refund.
Wouldn’t recommend ….

"Wonderful customer service"

Having been seriously poorly for several weeks and unable to visit the shop, I needed to return an item. I didn’t want a refund as I knew I would find something that I would like to purchase in exchange.
Mandy was so very helpful and supportive and I really can’t thank her enough for the way she dealt with my query. Still not feeling well, she made me feel better.
There are lovely clothes in the shop and I shall certainly be returning in the near future, as the staff are never pushy and the shop always feels welcoming.

"Online Order Never Arrived"

So disappointed, placed an order online and it never arrived. No communication other than saying it has been posted.. it had clearly not as never arrived and no other communication afterwards. Only refunded when I raised PayPal dispute. Said item was not traceable but no communication otherwise. Emails and messages ignored which is really disappointing. Visited the store yesterday, wow what an amazing boutique. So refreshing to see such beautiful clothes nothing like on the high street. The girls there were lovely, happy to help and where such good fun. I had an amazing experience. Will definitely be back!

I bought a jacket over 2 weeks ago online, no communication whatsoever, still no jacket, I’ve now tried contacting the seller via PayPal but not impressed so far.
