"The Shop app was useless."

The Shop app was useless.
Smart chargers said they use DPD or Royal Mail
but neither company made contact for a delivery date.
I did email Smartchargers to clarify who was going to deliver with a date but they did not respond.
Smartchargers conditions were for a signature on delivery but I found the package on my doorstep after being away.
From ordering to delivery took 6 days.
The charger its self is fantastic.

The charger was delivered the following day as expected but was delivered to the wrong address - this as the address on the package was incorrect despite address on actual order (by myself) being correct. I did manage to track the package down despite some confusion

Charger was despatched immediately the order was placed. I already have one of these chargers and they are superb. Bought this one as it is very effective at roconditioning batteries that have not been used for some time.
