"I ordered out of stock item"
I ordered out of stock item. I was immediately credited. I was sent to the delivery address free gifts. However, as original order was a present delivered directly to friend, the free gifts were not appropriate. I tried calling and emailed but no one replied nor answered asking for items to be sent to my billing address. All in all a waste of everyone's time although the intentions were honourable! So contact is impossible. The stars are for the free gifts and quick credit but not for interaction with clients!
