"Deceptive and Dishonest — Avoid Finance Worldwide Limited (FWWLTD)"

I applied for a €250,000 business loan with Finance Worldwide Limited in November 2022. Over the next five months, I paid €19,680 in fees — a booking fee, surprise tax charges, and unexpected bank charges — with constant promises that the loan would be transferred “within 3 working days.”

Despite providing everything requested, the loan never arrived. Instead, they kept introducing new charges, including a “delay charge” of €14,915, even after signing a “No More Charges” document.

I’ve since discovered:

Their listed Hong Kong office address is fake.

They operate from mainland China, not Hong Kong.

Their contact details are unresponsive, and their documentation is full of contradictions and errors.

Their refund guarantee, which clearly states 100% bank charges will be returned if they fail, was not honored.

This has cost me not just money, but health and business losses. Please avoid this company at all costs. I am now working with lawyers and regulatory bodies in Hong Kong and New Zealand to hold them accountable.
