Amazing service. From beginning to end. Got a phone call to confirm that my order and address was correct. Got another phone call to let me know it was in production and then a text to let me know when my delivery was due. Once the bed was delivered I got another call to make sure I was happy with my product. Really good customer service! Bed looks just like what we ordered. Amazing quality and great value for money. Would 100% recommend bed crafters.

Only thing that’s better than the bed was the customer service. They contacted to ensure I was happy with the colour I chose and offered me swatched (which I had to refuse due to the urgent need for a bed) but sent me pics on WhatsApp of swatches in different angles and kept me updated with the despatch & delivery! Would deffo buy from these guys again!
