We ordered our sofa back in July, prior to our lounge renovation. The sales staff were extremely helpful and very thorough, ensuring that we got exactly what we wanted.
It arrived as promised in September and there was no problem with holding off delivery until last week when our lounge was finished.
Delivery men were also very helpful and we are more than happy with our lovely new sofa😊

I ordered a mirror from Regency, unfortunately the mirror had broken in transit, straight away I was offered a full refund or they would reorder the mirror again for me. I reordered the mirror and it arrived in the timeframe given, I was contacted and the mirror delivered to my home. Very help service and informative at all times. I would definitely recommend Regency to anybody.

Very happy with the service, was shown various mattresses and the gentleman explained the differences between the different ones.
Was told it was on order but received notification a couple of days after to say it had been received. Delivery was easy to arrange and was dropped off on correct date and time.
