In response to your reply...I was never notified that my parcel had arrived and where to pick it up. In addition I had a note on my order for parcel to be left on my porch. This is the first time I have seen the new tracking number despite your customer service person telling me I would receive an email !!

All emails to their email address is rejected. I get undelivered message.
I tried communicatin on LiveCHat and that too was hopeless. All i asked for was a valid email address so I could communicate with customer service regarding my outstanding order. Then the tell me my order was returned. I received no notification from this company on status. IN fact it says on my profile that order was completed.
