"Charger not installed safely and poor customer service"
I had a charger installed by efaraday and after a year I had multiple issues with the charger not connecting to the internet and losing power. efaraday refused to come out and diagnose/fix the charger (even though it was a 3 year warranty) and so the manufacturer of the charger (Indra) came to resolve the issue and found that the charger had not been installed to the required standards. Indra replaced the charger and made sure it was installed safely. I would not recommend efaraday to anyone, shockingly bad customer service.

"Installed wrong charger"
There proposal stated a 22kwh charger, yet they installed only a 7kwh.
They told me I was wrong (although it's very clearly in black and white on their proposal).
Their staff are very rude, unhelpful and don't reply to a lot of enquiries.
Looking into this further, I am unsure if I own the equipment or if they own it, they are charging me £19.99/month and told me if I stopped paying, then the charger won't work?
I have emailed to seek further clarification on this. Very poor company, terrible rude staff and tremendously unhelpful!

Was promised a 22kw charger yet only 7kw charger was installed. They don't answer the e-mails when asked. Now they are sending me invoices for monthly maintenance that I never signed up for. Very bad and dishonest company.
