I ordered a fascinator with next day delivery. However, as they were facing an issue on thy very day, they contacted me immediately and offered me a refund. I asked them if it was possible to deliver the parcel the day after the “next day” before 9am and they made it possible so that I got my fascinator in time for the event I wanted to attend.
