Our order was delivered on time, and then I had one small issue but this was resolved immediately, and a new board sent free of charge, next day delivery
It makes such a refreshing change to receive such excellent Customer Service, and not to have a battle

"Poor quality product avoid "

Purchased a stepladder in Aug 2023 from them and this was a complete waste of my money. I got the first one replaced by them after 2 months, the replacement has now failed effectively 12 months later. As the original was purchased 14 months ago, I was told this is outside the 1 year warranty and I can just buy a new one. Be aware the quality of the product is very low and it will not last.

"Horrendous after sales service"

Purchased a pallet truck. Came wrapped in steel bands which, despite various tools, wouldn't come off.

I phoned customer services and I was told that they had never experienced an issue like this before and I need to 'buy a snipper' to break it off. So I purchased another pallet truck from elsewhere and I asked them to come and pick it up.

I was told I need to confirm the return via an email, which I did. Only to be told that I need to send it back at my own cost.
