Becca's fur is soft and shiny since feeding her Nom Nom now. She isn't itchy anymore and her skin looks healthier. She loves the food!

Both my wife and I are extremely happy with Nom Nom. The packaging makes feeding very easy and convenient. I have had a conversation with members of the customer service team and am happy with both that I have talked with. They are knowledgeable in the advice they have given. I believe that dogs need grains also in their menu. That is the only thing I find missing in Nom Nom foods. Per conversation with customer service I am led to understand that new menus are being prepared. In the past we had three dogs all had to be put down and the only thing in common was their food. So I am extremely critical of the types of food for pets.

Actually Simon and Lilly enjoyed their Fancy Feast ... maybe a little too much. I felt I could do better. They have transitioned well from the food they were previously eating. Beautiful shiny coats and Lilly B lost a few pounds which is a good thing. The girl loved her carbs.
I really appreciate the scheduled delivery service.

Nom nom support are very very attentive and caring and have resolved or explained all applicable information noted below.

But still looking for my boy to lose some weight..

Although my boy seems to enjoy the food, he seems hungry, several bags had holes in them and had to be thrown out and this months shipment was a day late and food was not frozen and there was no bad weather as was claimed. My boy has to lose weight and supposedly this portioned food will help. So far, after 5 weeks, no weight loss. His fur is softer and shinier, he does have more energy and I know the food is healthy and yummy.

There was no transition needed when it took me almost a month to find Christina's previous food. She absolutely loves it which makes me very happy. I try to do everything I can for her since she is my child and deserves everything this world has to give and more.
