"Unreliable & Poor Customer Service"

Very disappointing reward for supporting a small company… We ordered a large case with monthly subscription on the 30th December, and were informed it had been dispatched the same day. However, a week went by with no updates, so we chased and were told that due to a backlog, it hadn’t yet been dispatched and to please be patient..? We replied by stating that the backlog wasn’t mentioned prior to taking payment and confirming delivery, and that over 10 days had now elapsed, well past when we had expected to receive the product. We were then told by Ruby that she’d finally escalated to the operations team. Another day or two goes by, and we’re told Evri had lost it, and a replacement needed to be shipped. Finally, 17 days later our delivery arrives. I understand things can go wrong even at the best of times, but at no point were we offered anything other than the excuse of a “backlog”, which simply isn’t good enough. Put that on your website if you’re experiencing issues, or better yet, be forthcoming and update your paying customers - don’t wait for them to chase and chase and chase for their goods! To add insult to injury, instead of making the next shipment free or offering a refund, we were offered 20% off our next order. Needless to say we’ll never be using it. Very disappointing end to a needlessly frustrating exchange.

Order hasn’t arrived that was placed on the 28th December.Hip hop said to contact the delivery company but no response. There was one attempt to deliver but nothing since the status says delivery pending. On my hip hop account it says delivered ! The product it’s self is delicious and this was my third order .

Hip hop promises to provide live cultures and this is why I drink Kombucha. I decided to order the seasonal Gingerbread flavour and am now disappointed. It tastes great. Not too sweet and just enough fizz to satisfy my thirst. For me, it's a great and very appealing alternative to alcohol.

Love it! This is my second batch of Hip Pop so far, we love the flavours and the benefits to it too. Excellent service, and quick dispatch - what more could you want?
