Can't fault the experience, I sent my apple watch with a smashed screen which I didn't think would be replaceable. It is now back with me working perfectly. Really good service, good to get videos of the watch working and kept up to date on timings. Would def recommend and use again (but hopefully not too soon) oh and good value for money (compared to other quotes I received).
