"Poor Packaging, Poster Not As Described"

For the amount I paid in postage, I thought the posters were poorly packaged. The cardboard around them was thin & weak, as was the envelope they came in. There were also no “fragile” or “do not bend” stickers on the envelope, & as a result it had clearly not been handled carefully in transit.
I also believe one of the posters I bought had an extra fold that was not mentioned on the website, which may have made a difference to my purchase.
