My whole purchase experience was really great. I had not heard of the company before I bought this bass. I would recommend them. The team responded to my questions quickly, and are knowledgable. The people I dealt with knew the instrument and each other, there is a bricks and mortar shop, with real people. It was a used, big ticket item for me, so I telephoned the shop for verification, which was reassuring. Paperwork was all neat and tidy, they put up with all my idiosyncrasies and the bass arrived safely and quickly. Five stars. I'd give six if I could! Alecks, Jamie, Lewis and the team - well done. "A great job done quickly for a fair price"

Took my guitar to SUYG for a setup and nut replacement/some filing of the nut shelf as it was rather messed up from a previous owner and they did an amazing job!

Super impressed with the turnaround time and the result, wasn't super local to me but it was well worth the trip given the result of the setup compared to those I've had done more locally in the past, can't recommend enough!

I've now bought two guitars from Sell Us Your Guitar, both times it has been a very positive experience. They are friendly and helpful, and the guitars have arrived very promptly and very well packaged.

I've always been very wary of buying a guitar online. With wood being a natural organic product, no two pieces are the same, and you can't really know what a guitar is like until you pick it up and try it. Even if the name on the headstock is that of a big name brand, that doesn't necessarily mean much, there are good and bad examples of big name brand guitars out there.

But I've been very impressed by the 'Luthier's Report' that Sell Us Your Guitar offer for the instruments I've bought from them. Both times, after I bought the guitar and it arrived, I thought their report/review was very fair and accurate. Which gives me great confidence that I can trust their assesment of a guitar I haven't yet played. I'd highly recommend Sell Us Your Guitar if you are looking to buy a second hand instrument.

First time using this place but won’t be the last! Traded in a “beginner” acoustic for an upgrade. Excellent trade in price offered. Picked up the new guitar today, it is in superb condition and the set up is top notch, so easy to play. Can’t recommend these lads enough. Do not hesitate.
