Just sold our motorhome to these guys - very impressed. They clearly care about their reputation and customer service. Very approachable, explained everything very clearly and the sale went through as agreed. Would recommend them - there are some dodgy dealers out there and it was a relief to be dealing with a company who feel trustworthy!

Quick and friendly response asked for images of camper van by WhatsApp which I duly sent. Had been advised that they may not meet my expectations in terms of value which is fair enough BUT having received WhatsApp messages then proceeded to ignore. Have gone elsewhere this time and won’t bother in the future. Would have had no problem with being told value was lower than I was looking for but being ignored is just rude

Very quick turnaround and decision from my initial contact and also met the price I was looking for with their initial quote. The team arrived on the day and were very polite, explaining what they were doing all the way through the checks. When all was declared as expected, the money was in my bank minutes later. I can’t fault any of the team that I dealt with.

For size reasons the dealership we were buying a new motorhome from were reluctant to take ours in part exchange, these guys were the first “we buy company” I tried on the internet, completed the online form, had a call within 10mins van inspection carried out at my home address and taken away, all within 24 hours, we are absolutely blown away by the fantastic customer service and support, the two guys that arrived were honest and considerate , had uniform on, and explained every step for what is a daunting process selling a high value item, all I would recommend is as I was be 100% honest about your van when asked to save any disappointment
