I bought a SP 138 OBDII and having a hard time installing the driver. After being advice to downgrade my OS from Vista to XP. It still couldn't make any headway but I have to say that the technical team was very patient with me and help me to resolve the issues one by one. First with anti-virus and followed by the many software that they upload to my laptop. I would be able to get things going if not for their support. Great job!!
