Purchased insurance late at night and had questions (can cancel within 10 days). called Insubuy, did not leave a message, but got a phone call the first thing in the morning. Kimberly spent an hour on the phone with me making sure that all of my questions were answered and provided her contact information for f/u questions. I just sent her a f/u question via email. I will definitely keep this insurance, as I know that I will get answers and full understanding of what I am buying.
