I’m unlocking the potential for increased exercise performance, focus, productivity, and relaxation with C8. I love it!

I’m ketogenic and have been for 2 years, with the occasional little cheat. I wanted to try C8 to have an opinion. It has surpassed my expectations after just 3 doses in 1 week.

MENTAL CLARITY: I experienced a boost in mental clarity, with no fading when reading an in-depth historical book. I found the book easier to read and absorb compared to when I first read it over a year ago.

ENERGY SURGE: I also had a brief surge of energy while reading, which I could have taken advantage of and gone for a run or something similar. But I didn’t. In future, I will capitalize on those bursts of energy.

RELAXATION: C8 gives me full-body relaxation—a deep calm—even on my workout day.

EXERCISE PERFORMANCE: When I first used C8, I had a fantastic sprint workout. By the 8th sprint, I managed to knock 2 seconds off. I then continued with a moderate workout for strength and flexibility, totaling 2 hours! My usual workout is 45 minutes of just one activity (e.g., strength, sprint etc). No soreness, no buildup of lactic acid during training. My body is really tapping into those ketones for quick, efficient energy.

I’ve been playing around with the dose, and I suspect there is an optimal dose for me.

I hesitated to buy because I’m a cheapskate. Been on and off carnivore a few months and enjoy the diet and results. I watch Richard v often on YouTube and did the plunge.

(His offer of a free 2nd tub did it for me I’ll be honest)

When I opened the tub I instantly knew this was a quality product. The taste is fantastic and I enjoy them v much. I had cherry flavour and I’m on my 2nd day with them.

I left a review on Amazon but can’t find it on the site?

If it don’t get seen by Richard and I don’t get my 2nd tub free, I don’t even care that much.

There a a few negative reviews on Amazon regarding flavour, I’ll be honest it don’t taste fishy to me-

The other negatives were the tub is only half full, which is ridiculous as the label says 50 scoops. Tub size is not important because the scoop is very small that matters don’t it? Essentially doubles the amount of powder. Strange comments.

Anyway all the best Richard I have been converted.
