Ordered on 9 dec today 28 dec nothing recieved wigan to belgium takes a long time from there was interest in a full body kit but gonna order him not by avoro

I am disappointed with the communication from Lavoro design. Ordered a desk with installation on 12 September via Ergo Outlet which was meant to be a 1 day delivery. Lavoro design emailed to confirm the installation and the time frame of 10-15 days but there has been no contact whatsoever from Lavoro design as to when they would contact/ install. Overall a very poor experience with no meaningful response for over two weeks!!
