I alert them by email the same day because i should have received my order some minutes after payment.

Here is the only (and last answer) from them on 4th july:

"Hi,
I am very sorry. There was problem with our system and it did not send you the key. We are now trying to fix this issue which may take a while. You will receive your keys as quickly as possible.
sorry for your problem and always here to assist you"


I precise also that i haven't been refunded.

Edit1: they provide another code, also not working, its frustrating, they say 24/7 but they respond after many hours, i hope they will provide a code that works

Purchased an Office 2019 key on 18th June 2024 and received it but it kept asking me to link it to my Microsoft account and it had already linked to a different Microsoft account. I got in touch with support with the screenshot of the error they then sent me another key low and behold same error message and sent that screenshot again and they sent me a 3rd key still same error linked to a Microsoft account and i then sent that error message but from that time no response 1 month today. I just want a refund. My email is sacha.obado at e.email
