"DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY"

Do not use. I ordered 4 items delivery said 7-10 working days I received 1 item after a week, I sent an email to the customer service team who never responded I went on live chat with sunny who was useless and told me thier shipping policy is 10 days after dispatch not within the time frames of delivery when ordered and I should expect my order by the 10th October 5 weeks after I purchased!! Shocking company dreadful customer service

Excellent customer service and communication throughout my order because an item was on back order. They informed me immediately and gave me options to continue with sale or refund. And then needed to change address and that was a very smooth change. Will continuing buying from this site!!

Please don't use this company. The clothes are dreadful quality, nothing like the pictures. A real scam. Then you have to pay £13 to return them to China IF they agree to a return. Share the word please. They are ripping people off.

"Shocking items but even worse customer service! Will I ever get my Money back???"

I recieved two items today one was damaged with a button missing and the other didn’t have the tie belt to go with the dress. I tried to do the returns but wouldn’t let me submit. Went on live chat in hope of someone helping me but then I thought why should I return an item at my cost with one item being damaged and the other not being incomplete ! The live chat was a joke!!!! Zuzain just kept sending me the link to return at least 3 time s she sent it to me and was not listening to what I was saying in the end another lady called Crystal spoke to me and said I wouldn’t have to send the items back as she clearly understood were I was coming from!! she said she understood and would issue a refund and someone will be in contact with me ! Why would anyone need to be contact with me ??? To discuss what.. I asked would it be an email to confirm the refund or phone call... but no response ... the the live chat went off then I went to queue position 5 when I got to speak with them again the same people didn’t seem to have a clue who I was!! The customer service and communication is absolutely shocking !! Let’s see if I get my money back!!!!
