Liam was - as ever - very courteous and helpful with my mother, ringing beforehand to give an estimated time of arrival, going the extra mile to solve some initial problems with the reconditioned stairlift. Liam has serviced my mother's main stairlift for some years now (this was a second shorter one), and consistently gives excellent service.

I cannot stress how grateful we are to you providing and installing the chairlift. It has saved us the stress and expense of trying to find alternative accommodation and for this we are truly grateful!
