Design and develop a mobile app for an existing service. The main project consisted in building a mobile app that is to be used by all the stores that use our own BNPL solution. It is currently based on a web page that the salesman has to access in order to complete the transaction and we hope to migrate from that solution to the mobile one. At the same time, for those stores that want to keep the current solution we asked Delostyle Studio Private Limited to include a complete "revamp" of the existing web app. Primary key for this project were time schedule and budget. The Agile methodology they used was great to follow up on the advances. Daily meetings, scrum ceremonies and so on were key factors. Absolutely on time. Very fluent and clear communication.
