Excellent service - the initial contact was speedily responded to and I provided the requested photos of where I wanted the charging point installed. From the photos Jack, the installer, had already worked out the least intrusive route for the cabling before he arrived on site. After completing the installation he left everything neat and tidy and set up the app for me which protects the security of the charging point. All in all well organised and professional experience.

This was not an easy install and everyone did their very best to get it done in a timely manner. I think a pre-install survey or video call to see the route for the cable would have helped a lot.

Communications with all parties were excellent and issues were dealt with as swiftly as possible. I'd definitely recommend them to a friend.
