I thought I'd try something new as suggested on the website and figured I could use some of my accumulating points to help cover cost. I applied the points and then applied again when asked how many points I would like to apply. I then checked to see if the discount was applied in the total and saw that it indeed had. I added my payment info and completed the order. I noticed that the webpage took a bit longer than usual to load the "order has been received" page but once it did I moved on with my day. Later when checking my bank card charges I noticed that I did not actually receive my points discount and contacted SK support to inform them of the issue. I was told I did not apply my points because I did not hit the apply points button twice. Considering I did indeed add the points by hitting "apply points" and then applied the full amount of points allowed for this particular order. I then saw the discounted total before moving forward with my purchase. I am sure that this was a digital error with the automated system not applying said discount. In the end I was told this was due to my user error and that additional points were added to my account. I guess I should just hope that next time they actually get applied when the order is automatically processed. All in all it was only $10 and some change but still frustrating and I feel a bit mislead. Seriously I'm not computer illiterate.

Let me add, they have good prices and the product is also good so that is not my issue but just be aware of using those points as they may not do anything for you. I wrote my initial review after reading supports response to my concerns and was a bit heated. IMO they should have just refunded me the amount of the points. Keep in mind you can only use your points with a purchase and only a certain amount of your points can be used depending on your purchase amount. I appreciate that they offer points but if they don't work...anyway I am raising my rating from 1 star to 3 stars because the reasons stated in my edit. Not sure I will be returning though as there are many options with better deliver times for my area.
