Brad was very responsive and communicated well to arrange the survey, and the report was done very quickly following the survey (within 2 days). The repot was very comprehensive and detailed, and Brad was very happy to discuss the report with us and answer all our follow-up questions. Would highly recommend to others.

I had the surveyor come to survey the new house I was buying, but they missed 2 major damp/leaking places in the house which I discovered after buying the house (one in the upstairs ceiling and also both chimneys in the attic) so now I have to pay extra to get them fixed.

I instructed on a level-2 Home Buyers Survey for a maisonette. Not only did we receive a detailed report back within a matter of days, our surveyor; Bradley, was trustworthy, stayed in constant communication, and was overall a huge help in the home buying process.
After his inspection, Bradley called to have a give a brief overview of his findings, as well as having a longer discussion after I had read the report to discuss next steps, and he also offered to read over and advise on a quote I had from a damp proofing company.
