I researched when deciding on the company I wanted to supply Shutters for our apartment, I plumped for Cool Shutters and I am so glad I did. My initial contact was with David I was very impressed, David was able to give me a quote over the phone which helped as I knew they wouldn't be cheap but I needed to know if they would be a viable option. Luckily they were and then David came to measure are windows accurately, I had only given basic measurements over the phone. Timescales discussed, shutters ordered and then delivered and fitted by Alan, great guy excellent and tidy craftsman. I have consequently placed my second order which also was dealt with professionally. The options and pricing for the shutters were explained very clearly. No pressure selling and a genuine concern to ensure the job was done right. Particularly impressed with the measuring. Despite the fact that the windows are visually identical great care was taken to measure each window aperture and to allow for even the smallest variations in measure between the top and the bottom of the window opening. The fitter was very experienced. He carried out a first rate installation and cleared up perfectly after the install. 100% recommendation

Excellent but strange you have to pay the money upfront before you have them fitted, we paind 50% deposit (fair enough) then we were told they have to be paid the rest of the money before the fitter would install them, we wanted to make sure we were happy with them first.
Other than that 100% happy
