Shocker. Order hoodies, order deliver missing a good chunk of the merchandise. Managed to get one person in the phone once - was going to call back but didn't. Online chat & emails unanswered.
Forced to do a credit card chargeback as only course of action.

Terrible product & service! I received my jumpers & caps & the logos weren't centered & were crocked. Returned the products to them to be re-done & I am still waiting for them over a month later! Their communication is extremely poor & they couldn't care less that I have been inconvenienced. I will never deal with them again. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

"Bad customer service. Incorrect order."
I ordered 23 Hoodies for a racing community I run and was told the order would be to me in 3 weeks and ended up taking 4 weeks. This wasn't a massive issue as I still got them before the event I needed to take them to. Unfortunately I only received 18 of the 23 hoodies and 1 which was incorrectly sized. I was very happy with the print quality but was very unhappy with not receiving all my items. After contacting them straight away I was assured they are aware of the issue and are sending the 6 hoodies that day express to me. I waited another 2 weeks before getting a tracking number for the "hoodies that have been sent" and when finally receiving the delivery I was shocked to only find 3 Hoodies in there! I am STILL waiting for the final 3 hoodies which I have been told multiple times are "on there way" but still no tracking number. This has now been 7 weeks and i am very unsatisfied. Find another company to buy your merch from as this has been a terrible experience.

Terrible experience! Avoid these guys for sure. Waited a month and the order was missing an expensive item. Could not get through to anyone and no email response.

Wrong positions of logo prints.
Two weeks to reply to complaints and basically denied everything or didn’t address concerns I raised.
Do yourself a favour and DO NOT use these guys.

"Terrible Customer Service - Never Received Product"
Great website and marketing to get my attention and order and money, initially.
Terrible customer service and I never received delivery of the items ordered and paid for. Items were shipped, but 'lost' in transit. I accept that things can go wrong, but they never replied to my email. Then I phoned, twice on different days, to be told that there was no-one onsite who could assist with resolving the problem. Then on the third call, it just rang out to a message service.
Mistakes happen, but in business, they are an opportunity to show how good your business is and how much it values its customers. In this case, Garment Printing Australia failed dismally and have lost my business.

Terrible service and poor quality product.
Spent $500 on 10 new work shirts. Logos started to peel off within a month. Had my employees return their 'new' shirts to me as it was bad for business having such poor quality shirts. Contacted garment printing and was told that we were probably washing them incorrectly. We had followed washing instructions on the shirts. No refund offered.

Terrible Service. Spent over $1000 on work uniforms took ages to complete then when sent was lost in the post. I contacted them and they finally found them and they arrived but with 2 hoodies missing in the order. Rang them and they said they would redo and send been another 2 weeks and they still have not arrived. Rang every day with no satisfaction and never once has there been an apology. Steer clear of this place

Ordered 2 singlets, and they misprinted them, now refuse to respond to emails. Will be contacting my bank to dispute the payment on Monday. Avoid this company.
