"Best customer service! "

I have ordered some samples with gifts that come with first order. As they’re based in Italy, there was a trouble with shipping and the parcel has gone missing.
When I contacted customer service on WhatsApp, I have received one of the best responses I have ever experienced. They are very quick to reply, understanding and patience. They are now sending me new one to make up the past trouble.
I absolutely love their service!

"VICTORIA IS A BAD REP FOR THIS COMPANY"

I placed an order with this company. I am UK based and have been made aware by Victoria that the company is based in Italy. When I received my order it came faulty. I made it very clear to Victoria that i’d like to return the item for a refund. She stated they could not do so. However in the UK it is within my rights to send back a product for a refund if received faulty. She then suggested sending me a replacement I made it extremely clear I did not want one. However I was still sent one. I have now spoken to Victoria again and asked could I return the new order and get a refund. She said yes then told me I had to pay for P&P fees and lie about what was in the package to the post office! This is absolutely absurd I am expected to pay for a return of an order I did not even want!

"Not giving the exact ml"

I bought five decants (2ml) from them, they posted it from Italy and i received it within a week via DHL, I appreciate that. But, the packaging is poor, no bubble wrap at all. Also none of them are exactly 2ml, all the decant bottles are not filled up, they are just 60-70% full. I have purchased many decants from different companies or fragrance bloggers, they are from USA and HK. They are using the same 2ml bottle and it never happened before.

I personally don't recommend this decant website. It's not a scam, but it's not a good decant company.

the worst customer service I have ever encountered. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM ONLINE...they make mistake after mistake and don't take their responsibility to reimburse the goods. Pure unprofessional and amateurs.

"Disappointed"

I want to file a complaint regarding a perfume bottle. I sent an email on Oct. 16, followed by a reminder on Oct. 31, but to date I have not received a response. I am disappointed in the customer service provided.

I had absolutely 0 issues with 50ml and an overall really great experience! My package came early in just a few days and was really safely packaged. The free samples are gorgeous and have come in a lovely pouch which I’m super happy about. Wouldn’t hesitate to buy from here again :)

"Awful Customer Service"

I received my fragrance relatively quickly however, I had an issue with it and had a reaction from the fragrance. This did not appear safe for me to use so I contacted 50-ml. They did eventually reply and stated that they would contact the fragrance house and get back to me. This was a few months ago and I have followed-up but but received no communication and being ignored by customer service. I think the true value of a business is how they deal with issues. This is awful customer service, I have been a loyal customer to the company for a while now but I will be taking my custom elsewhere and no longer recommending anyone shop from this company.

"Fantastic company"

Fantastic company. I managed to find a perfume that was out of stock everywhere else l looked. I was a little apprehensive as l could only see one review of them in the UK, but they absolutely delivered.
Whilst delivery took a little longer than UK sites, they kept me well updated throughout the process.
I would certainly use them again.

"My first thought"

My first thought, was that this could be a scam site. But after reviewing some positive comments online, I decided to give it a shot.

Bought a Creed fragrance for 240euro, great price in my eyes. Got it delivered after 6 days from Milan to Denmark. The fragrance is totally legit and they send me free of charge, 4 samples I requested in checkout. I was not expecting to receive all 4, can't wait to try them out.

Such a great buying experience from this site. I am definitely coming back for more niche fragrance here.
