5 stars are not enough to review this amazing team that helped me so much this days. I just got a new boiler installed and the loft insulation. For some people this might be nothing, but for me and my son is everything. My old boiler was broken, my gas bills were over £300 in the winter, in the last few months I didn't had hot water and i have a toddler. But one day day i went on google and i find this amazing, serious team that sort my issues in just few days. I will be grateful for them for life and they will always be in my prayers. Don't hesitate to contact them if you are struggling and if you are feeling like there's no way out. God bless!

I cant praise this company enough for their outstanding service, i would absolutely give them more stars if i can. Mehmood customer service was outstanding, for he kept us informed every step of the way. Listen to this, from the first contact (Heat Zen) to both the instillation of a Boiler and lofts, this took absolutely less then two weeks.
Am sending out a big thank you to the company and would at any time, any day, recommend Heat Zen to friends and families. Am already on it, keep up the good work

Absolutely would give ten stars if I could. From filling in initial contact form to having a boiler and central heating system installed took less than 2 weeks.. blows my mind! I saw an advert for the scheme, thought it was worth the risk of a "nuisance" call applying. Had a call the next morning, surveyors came that evening, application approved within 24 hours. The approved engineer came out to look at the work and it was booked for a few days later. A team of 4 came out on a Sunday and bank holiday weekend and worked until 8.30pm to get the job finished (it is a tiny old cottage so imagining it would usually be longer). Everything went smoothly. It will change my life. I had an old immersion tank which was removed and taken and old night storage heaters which were removed and just the bricks left which are worth about £5 each and I am going to edge my lawn with. I was dreading winter, literally too expensive to put heating on I would sit in a bobble hat. Ridiculous bills for very limited hot water. I won't halve my bills because I will heat my house and take a long hot shower whenever I want and still pay the same or less. There are negative comments about the scheme being for scroungers etc. I have always paid my way, I had to stop work to give my mum end of life care. I am not a scrounger, this is a govt incentive to be more energy efficient and to help people like me. I absolutely agree with comments that people who need help are excluded from the scheme but it is not Heatzen who make the rules. Certainly in my case I needed a bit of comfort in my life and I would urge anyone who is or knows of anyone living it tough to contact them.

I have had a new eco4 boiler fitted in end of April and the engineer guy Ireneusz Wiazio aka Eric was absolutely an amazing guy that fitted my boiler he was polite, amazing, trustworthy and very pleasant. There was no messing around for anything until he finished the job. I would totally recommend this firm and engineer guy to anyone who is looking to have Eco boiler fitted in .... Bravo
