Its a fake/scam site. I don't how Sonu Sood advertised for them and how are they running this business openly. I tried connecting them via whatsapp, call etc but no response. Even I didn't get any call on request call back. Its been more than 4 days.

Its a big fraud company, they are scammers, I have booked a number till date no response all numbers switched off, no order cancellation option they even include Gst not sure how government encouraging such scammers and everything officially, anyone help me in taking the complaint further.

I bought the number on their website - in few hours I've got a UPC code. With this code I went to Reliance to port the number to Jio.
I must admit, there was a significant delay in porting - as I investigated later, due to long Reliance procedures and some mistake they made at the beginning.
Vipnumber shop manager, Kiran, was always available to consult and help. She was coordinating me on each single step. Finally in 5 days instead of 3 I've got the number ported, all good.
Advice for all who is going to port the number - go to small digital retailers, it will happen much much faster.
