Ordered just under £100 worth of product from this company. They sent it and DPD deliveries it to the wrong house. This happens of course, so I contacted DPD and they said they can't deal with the end user has to be the sender. With them saying this I have tried to contact 88vape. First time was via telephone on a number of occasions however no one answers. Second time was via email and I got an email back stating they would investigate, 6 emails to them later with no reply from them. I have obviously contacted my credit card company and they will refund me in 30 days however if it was someone that could not afford to spend that money and wait for a refund it would be a different matter.

Be careful with this company and make sure if you do purchase from them you do not spend anything you can not afford to buy again.

Had an email this morning saying that they will refund my purchase. However this is only after my review. I am awaiting refund which will take up to 10 days. They stated in there email along the lines of they can't control the courier service. My complaint is not about the courier service but the lack of communication from 88vape. They have also appealed with trust pilot to get the reveiw removed by asking for more information or it will be removed. I have supplied that information to trust pilot. Once again this reveiw is about the customer care and lack of response. I am sure the response came because of review as it lines up perfectly with timings.
