I have had several visits to Tragus and was seen by Mr. Jills Kurian.

I can only say what a brilliant gentleman he is. He is very professional, kind and listens, which is a massive part of being able to trust someone who you need to depend on. I originally went for a hearing test and to buy some hearing aids and Jills was very thorough and nothing was too much trouble, he explained everything and answered any questions I had.
It was just an off the cuff remark I made to Jills during one of my visits, he picked up on it straight away and did a few exercises/tests with me and is now going to get me referred to an Ear, Nose and Throat specialist to help me with a problem I have had for a very long time.

Jills is a real credit to his profession and I cannot thank him enough - a true gentleman.

I had the pleasure of visiting the Tagus Ear Specialist at Dartford today, and I must say, I am thoroughly impressed with the service I received. From the moment I walked in, the ear specialist was welcoming and professional, creating a comfortable atmosphere.
My consultation with the ear specialist exceeded my expectations. She was incredibly attentive. Her expertise was evident, and she explained everything in a clear and understandable manner, which I truly appreciated.
I only went there to have wax removed from my ears but I was made to feel that my issue was very important and the treatment I received would be tailored to my needs and I can certainly confirm that it was. I left feeling confident and relieved, knowing that I was in capable hands.

"One of the best Audiologists"

I have had a most satisfactory experience with Tragus, the Ear Specialists. The Audiologist who served me is a very experienced professional and he has lots of patience explaining to me each stage of the hearing assessment process and fine tuning of my hearing aids. I had problems hearing in noisy environment which I have not been able to overcome with my existing Phonak hearing aids for many years. My hearing in noisy environment has suddenly improved significantly after my hearing aids were expertly re-tuned to my entire satisfaction and there will be follow up meeting aimed to iron out any remaining issues.

"Ear wax removal"

Had a very difficult ear wax problem as it was too hard to get out on first visit but after using the drops Jills gave me removal was easy on second attempt. Jills showed me the before and after photos to show the ears were clear and the ear drum was healthy. He then did a pressure test. I also had a hearing test afterwards and was recommended hearing aids and will be going back for a free trial. I cannot believe that this service could be bettered by any other company. We are fortunate to have this facility locally.

I visited Tragus after previously visiting a different ear clinic and not having a good experience, so it is safe to say I was a little apprehensive.
The treatment and care I received by Tragus however was brilliant with both a professional and thorough attitude!
I had a consultation before my treatment and the clinician took there time with both the explaining of the treatment and then treatment itself to ensure I was comfortable and happy.
Would defiantly recommend and will be using again.

Visited Tragus in Regus,Admiral Park,Dartford on Friday 28 July 2023,was met by this very polite & pleasant Audiologist who explained procedure in detail of what he would be doing from start to finish,checking that I was not experiencing any discomfort during the procedure & made me feel comfortable in his capable hands.
My grateful thanks to this wonderful audiologist.
