Excellent advice re broken screen given by polite and patient man. Saved me a huge amount of money by advising a screen protector rather than investing in a replacement screen. Obviously not just interested in taking people's money unnecessarily but offering decent customer service.

"Worst Experiance Ever! Broke Phone and Trust - BEWARE!"
If I could give 0 stars I would. The whole experience was awful. I got a quote on the repair - New screen on an HTC U11 - there were no other issues than the glass on the front cracked. They said they would phone when the part was in, which they did. I took the phone in Thursday afternoon, soon after I was advised the screen was in and asked for the duration to fix the phone, as I was on holiday on the weekend and flew back to Australia the following Wednesday. To my delight, they said it would be done the same day in 1.5 hours. I came back 1.5 hours later, and they said it wasn't done, as they didn't have time to fully clean the phone. When I asked if it would be ready first thing, they said as it was near closing, they would not work on it until the following morning, so to phone again then. I phoned in the morning, and they said it would not be finished that day. I was annoyed, but they agreed that they would phone on Monday when done. I went in to collect a spare phone, to use at the weekend. The spare phone was almost unusable (very old and slow), but worst of all, had all of the previous customers' data on it, and had not been wiped. There were all of his messages, emails and login details. THIS IS OUTRAGEOUS!! CUSTOMERS BEWARE!! No phone call on Monday, so I phoned, and was told the guy doing the repair was not available - he phoned back an hour later, to say it wasn't done yet. I said I had to pick it up the following day, as I was off to Australia. To this I was told I was putting too much pressure on them, and there was an issue with the first screen they fitted and it wasn't their fault. Another screen would be in the following day, and they wouldn't know until then if it would be ok. I said I would come in anyway, and take whatever state the phone was in. 3 hours later I had another phone call, this time they said "I'm going to be honest with you now, the screen is fixed, but there is an issue with the battery. We have ordered a new one, but it won't be in until the following day but we don't know when." After this they offered me a replacement phone. I deliberated, but the phone offered was not an equivalent to mine, and my phone had all of my data on it. When asked if there was a way of getting the data off my phone, they said there wasn't unless they fixed it and could send me my data over the internet. I did not trust that this would happen, so collected my phone the following day. Upon arrival, the phone DID switch on, but would not charge. I took the phone in its damaged state. I was able to get my data off the phone, which was the most important to me. ISSUES with the phone are as follows - fingerprint scanner does not work, home button does not work, back button does not work, vibration does not work, battery does not charge, the screen has about a 2mm gap at the bottom, where it has not been fitted properly and the microphone does not work.
After taking my phone to another repair shop, they said the repair was appalling quality, and several components were damaged during the MR T "repair" attempt. They have replaced, the screen (again), with frame and all the sensors and microphone as the last one was too damaged to fix, the battery, the USB charging board and the antenna wires which has cost me over twice the original repair cost. All in all, a very poor and unprofessional service. I would not advise to anyone. WARNING - do not give these guys a phone, without locking, or wiping all your data. There was sensitive customer data on the phone I was given as a spare, which is not fair and I'm not sure legal!
