CHAIR EXCERSICES FOR SENIORS
Zac came with all necessary skills & equipment to do the excersices and incorporated a quiz so our residents engaged fully in the session. Staff were able to engage with residents as music and banter were very much appreciated by the residents. Thank you ZFitness we will be booking a regular session.

"Zacs chair based exercise session"

Zac attends our Care Home every fortnight. All the residents look forward to Zac attending. Chair based exercises, Hand , and eye coordination skills also using a ball. Zac interacts well with everyone and works well in a large group, taking into account individual mobility issues. Zac is very attentive to each and every individual. Music is played throughput the session.
