Purchased 2 dog crate covers not great quality really and they all had scratch marks in the inside so had to return them.

Bought some dog treats from their Amazon store, they sent far fewer packets than what the advert advertised. Sarcastic and rude response from them, then when we sent a screenshot of their mistake they said if we wanted refunding we would have to send the product back at our own cost.

It is not the money we are annoyed about, it is the complete lack of customer care and their own ability to list an advertise right, or perhaps they were just trying to lure in extra custom.

Amazon is now mediating on our behalf seeing as we weren't getting anywhere with Doggie Solutions and their inabilities anytime soon...

Bought a dog bed for our puppy. Within a week there were holes the material from her claws (not chewing) and then the frame collapsed with the fixings coming completely out.
Contacted the company within a fortnight of purchase and sent pictures. They replied saying they would tell the manufacturer. No refund. Awful product.

Purchased a dog harness for the car, CLIX CAR SAFE, ordered a small size for my fully grown shitzu, item arrived and had already been used, packaging was open, it was far too big for my dog and she got out of it and broke free.
measuring it against other dog harnesses it appears very large and so this is very misleading, when i asked if i could return it i was told at my cost, then to send out the extra small also at my cost, and if that was not right i will have to pay to return that, so i decided not to bother and just try and give it to someone who has a dog with a large body and small head. after looking at other reviews it seems the extra small harness wont fit over your dogs head, so its a complete waste of time.
dont bother shopping here, the lady at Doggie solutions isnt interested, it took her so long to answer the phone i thought she had gone home.
after emailing me back she suggested that the best thing for me was not to reorder and thought i might be better shopping elsewhere.

I think that Doggiesolutions works good. This is the third time I have ordered things there and I liked everything except of their not having an option for next day delivery.
