"What a wonderful company"

I received my order of a collar and having ordered the XL by mistake phoned the office of Oscar & Hooch. The lady I spoke to was extremely helpful and told me how to send the collar back for a refund and explained, if I sent in another order for a L size she would post it out immediately. She did just that, my collar arrived the very next day. What a wonderful company this is. I will be ordering more items from them in the future. The collar itself is made of a soft material and is of great quality. I would highly recommend. Thank you. Chris. H.

Excellent customer service. I sent an email requesting when an item would be in stock and I was told one had been found.
My GR's have always worn O&H Collars which definitely stand the test of time. My girls swim, roll in mud etc etc and the collars go through the washer and look as good as new.
This new one is a gift for my Granddog. He will look fab in it. I will always purchase O&H collars.

"Neon orange collar and lead"

Stylish and beautifully soft collar and lead with very prompt service. However whilst the collar does up on the 3rd to last hole there isn’t quite enough length left at the end to tuck into the holder so it gets in the way when trying to fasten the lead back on. Would also be useful to have a metal ring on the lead hence why 4 and not 5 stars.

Not the first time I’ve ordered from Oscar and Hooch and definitely not the last, beautiful range of products, the leads are so soft for walking my Labs & the leads also dry quickly when they get wet in rainy weather.
Highly recommend to all dog fans out there :)
