Our advisor, Claudine, has been with us every step of the way, making the whole process incredibly easy. She has always been available to explain the various offers and provide tailored advice based on our needs. What we appreciated most was that we were never rushed; Claudine always gave us the time we needed to think things over.

We had a more complex case, but that didn’t deter Claudine. She went above and beyond, keeping us informed at every turn. We were never kept guessing, even if the communication was to say that there was no update with the banks.

Excellent service from start to finish. Ritesh was on hand to assist with everything and guide us through doing everything required, to make sure it was done correctly and quickly. Loads of communication - emails/calls thought the whole process. Highly recommend these guys!
