We have been using Paperless since 2019 and benefits have included considerable time saving in the processing of company invoices. Paperless features allow automatic invoice recognition, attachment to Sage, and approval system. The approval and archive feature for non-accounting documents, also allows us to approve and store our purchase and sales orders generated from Sage 50, which creates a complete record for our company audit trail. Initial set-up and training was well structured and easy to follow. Grateful to the Paperless Support team including Miguel and Matthew for their quick and helpful response to any issues.

We implemented PaperLess Document Approval in July 2022 and haven't looked back. It has halved my workload freeing up time to spend on more enjoyable tasks than monotonous coding and inputting of invoices, not to mention the cost savings in paper, ink and the time saved searching for documents.
PaperLess were extremely professional from the start making the transition virtually seamless. Haven't really needed to use the support very much but the couple of times I have they have been prompt and effective.
