Claire, Kat and Rebecca in the Lettings Department are absolutely amazing. I was kept informed of what was happening in the process of letting my flat at all times, Rebecca was extremely efficient and gave feedback immediately after each viewing, she could not do enough to find me the perfect tenant. Claire and Kat were also superb with their communication and went above and beyond, I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I struggled to find a flat for April.
I was with trigg and co before this one.
I found one in cowes but estate agent was hard work then Claire rung me and said I have a flat you might like .
Great location better than cowes.
I saw flat at 9am by 10 am I said yes.
Over all took 2 weeks to sort would recommend trigg and co Great service and helpful with my lack of technology.

Having completed on a purchase today and sold a property 6 weeks ago. As an Island Company they have been really helpful, friendly, professional, kind and considerate. We have had a few issues with the purchase due to legal difficulties but they were always at the end of the phone trying to help in any way they could.
