Initially when I phoned the shop to see if they could help assist our daughter they were so understanding and helpful reassuring us that we could use a separate private room. When we arrived Kirsty was fantastic - calm reassuring even though our daughter was highly distressed and anxious. Kirsty gave us the time and space we needed and we were able to come away with a pair of shoes which we feel confident about. Thank you.

It was my first time. From the moment i stepped through the door i was made welcomed (not over the top ). Antonia listened well and understood what i needed. She was professional, knowledgeable, displayed expertise and was patient. She explained everything clearly and accommodated. There was humour as well. I was shown a choice and checked thoroughly. I even observed a toddler being measured by another with the same care and patience. Precious soles delivered a service i haven't seen for 40 years. It was not stressful. It was a pleasure. Yes the shoes were expensive. However the material, the craftsmanship and shoes are worth it. Normally i dont like any shopping (especially shoes) but i came out smiling. Precious Soles was recommended by my Podiatrist.
