Hopefully this is the bhl portsmouth. Absolute awful wooden flooring fitted all gappy. Hallway is ran a different way than the front room. No floor bars fitted or beading. So owner came back fitted beading. Promised to send door bars ect. But they never arrived. The cowboy Keiran who initially fitted it was just in a rush and didn't give a damn

Pete was great, so professional, he measured our runner twice before fitting. He explained everything, as we have stair winders, he showed us the different angles to make sure it turned out the best. Martin in the showroom is very knowledgeable and has a great selection of carpets. Very friendly and professional service throughout. Would use again!!
