My husband and I were going on safari. We needed to cancel our trip due to an accident and surgery. When I called TAG Safari to return the clothes, I spoke with PJ who was amaaaaazing! Not only was he kind, efficient and helpful, but he was also very compassionate to the new challenging chapter in our lives. He and TAG Safari are the best!

"Poor inventory control"

Took my order, charged my credit card all to find out that my item wasn't in stock. Poor inventory controls. They emailed me to switch to another item. Took my telling them to credit the credit card back prior to their sending me information on the second item.
They did credit my card back. Were very friendly. Just don't like the poor inventory controls....almost seemed like a 'bait and switch'.

I had ordered a hat and turned out it was too big, called them and I returned it and one of their people called me to talk about the situation. They sent me a replacement and it is just right. Never have had a company be so concerned over an order so that proves to me they care about their customers satisfaction.
