Very speedy delivery, the product itself was top notch, but the customer service is questionable - had a small issue however can’t say I am reassured if I was to make another order in the future.
For those ordering make sure nothing happens in terms of delivery as they don’t take any responsibility.
And getting in contact with Customer Services it feels like it’s made a difficult task to do purposely.

The website was very easy to navigate, which I appreciate! However after ordering a week ago, the order is still not showing as being sent, and no tracking number has been provided. I tried to get in touch with the company, however still have had no response. There is no option to cancel the order online either, which I think would be helpful in this situation as I will need to purchase the item from elsewhere. Overall I think that the post purchase communication could be improved, and for there to be an easier way to cancel an order if it exceeds the expected time.
