"Misleading and expensive…"
I used to use this service to call the UK from Spain with no problem in the past but recently I started using it again and found the local access number had changed. I saw that I could access from Spain via a toll-free number using my voice credit and the website said that my phone provider wouldn't charge me for it, I would only be charged a surcharge on my credit. This is not true I have just received my mobile phone bill and seen it charged me international rates for these calls and they have cost me an extra 50 euros on top of the voice credit I bought. I can't find any way to contact Ring Britain on the website to complain. I will have to find another service to use that is honest about their charges. This one was an expensive mistake.

I'd like to give you 4 stars, but I can't. In the last 12 months, there have been too many occasions when my callee can't hear me or vice versa, the call suddenly cuts off, or when I have entered the phone number I wish to call, your system won't accept it and tells me to 'enter the number I wish to call. All very frustrating. I wonder what you can do? Of course, I don't mind people thinking that the caller is phoning from Austria or Serbia - but some people do and won't take the call!

I have been using RingBritain since August 2017 when I reconnected with an old love who lives in Liverpool. Between my standard service and his virtual number we are able to keep in touch on a daily basis. Well worth the cost and we could not have survived the separation caused by COVID without it.
